Associate Members are people interested in participating in the activities of the Guild but unable to fulfill the requirements for full membership. Students of Psychophysical Therapy are encouraged to become Associate Members.

Full Members are practising professional therapists who have satisfied the requirement for entry at the examinations, unless exemption is granted by the Governing Committee. A guideline for examination is included. Full members are entitled to use the Guild's acronyms, its logo and name.

Fellowships are awarded from time to time by the Governing Committee to Members who have advanced the knowledge of, or made substantial and original contributions to the advancement of Psychophysical Therapy or any of its fields.
